However, Dr.Ly is patient and kind ,even when having to repeat often for me. She spent a lot of time making sure I had no pain, was healing well , while adjusting my dentures as needed. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very apprehensive about getting new dentures. My first experience years ago (with a different denturist) was very bad. When I met Dr Ly I felt comfortable almost instantly. She was very welcoming and took her time making sure everything was perfect. I am a very picky yet indecisive person but not once did she seem impatient or aggravated with the time I was taking to decide on colour and size. She was quite efficient with her time and had my new set ready 2 weeks from the day I first saw her. Her assistant even explained that I could claim some of the cost on my taxes.
Dr Ly made the experience wonderful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new smile!

Getting dentures of any kind whether partial or full can certainly be nerve wrecking. She was quick, efficient and just great overall through the entire process. She also has this endearing happy habit of humming which I found calming. I’m a tough critic but I would certainly recommend Dr. Ly to anyone who needs dentures. Thumbs up!!!!
