It's making great strides. Bravo. The 8th is sunk and we are working on the roof. There are even windows of poses. Bravo. Now, Phase 2 is going well, the whole thing is progressing and taking shape on the edge of the water. Courage the friends (ies) it is for soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broken promises, would never buy a condo again from them. Horrible service. Towing service never comes. Condo quality is not luxury at all. Very cheap. 6 pieces of flooring lifted. Not well insulated. BEWARE. The corsim manager Alex, what à mental case. Very rude and racist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If these units were in the city center they would be amazing. In Ile Perrot they should have been designed larger OR have been offered at a lower price point. Great urban condos but not for a sub-suburban setting.
