★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my girls in for a mani pedi for their birthday. They loved it. Nail techs are quiet compared to other salons. Layout of the salon is interesting. They bring barrels of water to soak your feet for pedis, unlike the massage chairs with built in sinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my nails extensions and shellac on feet just today. It was so unsatisfactory, my toe nail shellac got chipped already, it’s coming off, didn’t even last for an hour. Also, I am travelling today :(
This spoiled everything for me. Also, the color I selected for my extensions was so different than what I chose, but I was still okay. Overall bad experience. It was my first and probably last time visiting this place!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ update: I did get a very quick reply from Julie and she was great to deal with. She offered a free pedicure from a different person....who did a fantastic job. I felt heard and I appreciate the effort that was made to make things right. they earned the better review from me for sure! Thank you for the good quality that I'm used to and for the great customer care!
I've added a new photo of the fresh pedicure and also the sweet Halloween set of nails I had done as well! :)
I've gotten a few fills done here and liked them, so I decided to get a pedicure. my appt was at 1pm and I didn't leave till 2:45pm! it did involve a removal of the shellac polish I had on before.... but for taking almost 2 hours I would never expect such poor quality. I spent $55 and it looks like I let one of my kids do it. I'm covered in polish and didn't even fully paint some of my nails! over clipped one of my nails to the point that it's super obvious! not a happy camper ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies working here are very attentive, caring & are able to do almost any nail design you desire. The location is great as well. The salon is very pretty and clean. Make sure to book your appointment in advance, as they usually are fully booked. I highly recommend this place. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was not a pleasant experience for me overall. They messed up with the group booking when I booked a French ombre but somehow didn't record that and said they couldn't do it due to time constraints during the appointment. On top of that, my nails felt very brittle after, which rarely happens to me after getting shellac manicures and one nail broke the day after. Overall quality of the gel application wasn't very well done either. Many of my nails have bubbles in the polish.
Update: half of my nails have either chipped or broken after one week. Never coming again.
