★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Luscious Lashes for several months. After getting a full set (which costs about $130) my eyelids felt itchy right away. After a couple of days the swelling and the discomfort had increased and by the third morning my eyes were almost swollen shut. I missed work and went to Luscious Lashes to get the extensions removed. I asked to be refunded for the set the I had had for three days and the girl working at the time couldn't assist me. A manager called me later that day and explained they would have to talk to the other manager and get back to me. They phoned back two days later and offered to get me in for another set of lashes with a new girl for half price. This is something they always offer any time there is a new girl as they tend to be slower and make more mistakes. So to be clear, they offered me nothing but to pay for more lashes. I explained this would not work because my eyelids were dried out, red and sensitive. When I requested a refund again I was told to call back and to get in touch with the other manager. Every time I called back no one picked up the phone. I left 3 messages and my calls and voicemails were ignored. I usually don’t write reviews but I felt I should warn anyone going to this business that if anything goes wrong they will not take care of you. They do not value their customers regardless of how long you’ve used their business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been for my first set & 2 fills so far and am very happy. The experience of getting services done has never been my favourite so I don't normally treat myself but I found this so relaxing and enjoyable that it's easy to go. They are so accommodating in the more natural and kind way in regards to me bringing my son as well. I find the girl who I have always seen to be kind and a genuinely nice person. So nice to see a "beauty" service company with staff & environment with such a down to earth feeling. OH, and my lashes, love them! Easy process to put on and I have nothing but lovely things to say about my lashes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Luscious Lashes Inc for a year and have had no issues at all. They always work with my wonky schedule and have even helped to entertain my twins when I couldn't get a sitter.
My lashes look so full, beautiful and natural .... I receive compliments on them all the time.
I would recommend them to my friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cindy was my instructor and she was top notch ladies . When I passed my exam I was operating well beyond the level 1 . She is extremely helpful with technique, marketing and as a supplier as well . She is prepared with everything we would need and gives on going support ! Excellent instructor and lash artist . She is all about the cross contamination as well . Beautiful clean shop ! If you are looking for instruction or lashes she has everything for everyone imaginable. Thanks Cindy ! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well where do I start?? The first set of lashes put on me started detaching 4 days after application. The excuse for that time was "bad glue". Now I was given a second set last Wednesday, and not only was I charged extra because I went with the fuller look; it is now just a week since, and my lashes have half fallen out and again are separating. I have to go to a different place to have them removed, as I wouldn't trust Cindy with a 10 foot poll to touch my eyelashes again. She clearly has no idea what she is doing. Not to mention having to pluck eyelashes out that were poking my eye balls. Just a joke, avoid this place!!!!!! I would hate for someone else to have such a terrible experience..TWICE.
