Cannot stress enough how annoying it is that they are not open on Sundays.
Edit:
They get a star for reading and responding to their Google reviews & going out of their way to respond to a customer issue in person.
Still not open on Sunday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in store yesterday. They ask that people wear masks yet none of the staff wore masks. I waited at the counter for several minutes with 3 staff there before someone acknowledged my presence. Same at checkout even though I was the only customer and all staff knew I was there. Had a similar experience a year ago.

Went in here with a medical issue during a work trip, and I'd forgotten my medication - these ladies called my doctor, tracked down my file and got all the info transferred and had the prescription in my hands in minutes. My impression is that Lumsden is a place I'm looking forward to doing more business in if this is how professional, kind and helpful people are here. Just excellent customer service all around, thank you again.

They definitely go above and beyond to help any way they can. I so much appreciate them. They have made a world of difference for me going through a very difficult time with my medications.
