And while the Thai massage is still on my list of things to do in the near future, Lin's yoga class was easy enough for a beginner to follow--while also being understanding of my low-income needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive never been one much for yoga, and had always preferred an upbeat class where i felt i got a good workout in. Lin's yoga class was amazing. Very calming and meditative, I felt i was really able to ground myself and focus more on the movement and my breathing. And the space is beautiful. Great energy and nice view! Would definitely recommend Lumina yoga, and will be going back.

I felt transported to a place where nature, spirit and healing encompassed both my body and my mind. Lin guided us all with gentleness, wisdom, strength and also joy, leaving me with a keen interest to engage more deeply with Yoga. Thank you Lin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always wanted to try yoga but due to my work schedule and working different hours could never find a studio to meet my needs. I’m retired now and wanted to start slow with some meditation and introduce soft yoga little by little. I found Lumina Yoga which happens to be close to where I live and what a great bonus for me. On my first yoga class I met the beautiful and amazing Lin and to my delight it was just me on this particular day. Lin was so wonderful and patient with me and my most favourite is that Lin lets you go at your own pace whatever feels comfortable with the body and of course te and most delicious dark chocolate served after class it’s most welcome. Lin is truly a beautiful person inside and out. Could not ask for a better yoga teacher. ??

Lin is a very authentic and knowledgeable acupuncturist and naturally creates a welcoming and calming environment. Highly recommend!
