I went in to have my wedding dress altered and, since I had purchased the dress all the way back in 2019 and I wanted to have the corset back removed completely, I knew this wasn't an easy job. Or at least it wouldn't be for most. They did such an amazing job and I only went in for ONE fitting! I am absolutely thrilled with the alterations, I had such a great experience and my dress is perfect. I can't wait to wear it in December 2021. I also can't get over the attention to detail, they thought of everything - and as a bride it was so reassuring to know I was in good hands.

I am so overjoyed that I found Lucy’s. The sisters are so incredibly knowledgeable and personable! My alterations were absolutely perfect, the dress fit perfectly and she even hid the buttons for the bustle so they were not noticeable at all. I am so incredibly grateful that they were able to fit me in on such short notice and for making my dress fit so well.

Many dresses were provided to my daughter so she could get an idea of what suited her. They were very patient and supportive and in the end my daughter found the prom dress of her dreams

The ladies are fantastic and went above and beyond to help my daughter find her dress for prom. Fantastic, personalized support in the store, amazing help getting the dress ordered, with modifications to make it perfect, and super quick alterations to meet our short timeline. We are both so appreciative of everything they did for us - we will definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived (an appointment is best, but no necessary- you may have to wait due to capacity limits) to the moment we left they gave us such attention and care. My daughter had an idea in mind but needed guidance. After help trying on dresses and expertise with designs and materials, the attention given was as if you are family. They make you feel comfortable and free to ask questions and they are committed to helping you find the right dress. Even if they don’t have the dress in the boutique, they will do their very best to get it. After over an hour of attention and narrowing it down, they pulled out a dress from the back (not the colour my daughter had in mind) and with their connections they are able to show you what it would look like fitting you properly and the right colour is being ordered. They honestly treat you like family and want to help you find the perfect dress. They are wonderful with anyone - adults and children. We had been to several other dress shops and no one gave us the attention they did. So happy with the experience and outcome!
