Normand a fait nos impôts voilà une semaine et l'Agence de Revenu du Canada ainsi que Revenu-Québec n'on toujours rien reçu. J'essaie d'avoir des réponses de M. Normand sans succès. Dany Lévesque
Very difficult to join, when we call it always falls on a voice mail. No call back, no follow-up emails. Mr. Normand did our taxes a week ago and the Canada Revenue Agency and Revenu-Québec have still not received anything. I'm trying to get answers from Mr. Normand without success. Dany Lévesque

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A notre première rencontre, Luc me dit qu'il va faire mes impôts et me les envoyer le jour même. Sans nouvelle, j'appel le lendemain en laissant un message sur sa boite vocale. Aucune nouvelle de toute la semaine. Je rappel le vendredi et sa secrétaire me dit qu'il va me rappeler le lundi suivant. Rendu au lundi, je reçois aucun appel de sa part.
At our first meeting, Luc told me he will do my taxes and send them to me the same day. No news, I call the next day, leaving a message on his voicemail. No news of the week. I recall on Friday and his secretary said he will call me back the following Monday. Rendering to Monday, I received no call from him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vraiment vraiment difficile à rejoindre! Il y a toujours un "je vous reviens avec ça demain" "je vous reviens lundi" mais on a jamais de retour à moins de vraiment insister et se fâcher! Depuis le 23 Avril que j'ai payer Mr Normand pour mes impôts, j'appel RevenuQc aujourd'hui et ils n'ont pas eu ma déclaration. Je communique avec Luc par courriel il me répond qu'il doit finaliser ma demande avec le relevé qui me manquait (relevé qu'il a en sa possession depuis le 23 avril). Ensuite je lui demande de confirmer que ma déclaration à été envoyer, après 6h sans réponse je me présente à son bureau sur les heures d'ouverture il n'y a personne, même pas sa secrétaire! Je ne suis clairement pas la seule puisque quand je suis arrivée quelqu'un était aussi la à le chercher.
UPDATE : Pour répondre à Monsieur qui dit que le délai était dû à un relevé manquant à mon dossier, je précise dans mon commentaire que Mr Normand avait le dit relevé en sa possession depuis le 23 AVRIL à 11h le matin. Il m'en a avisé à 8h le matin. Donc en 3 heures il a reçu le document qu'il avait besoin, le délai de 1 semaine n'est donc absolument PAS justifié. Merci
Really really hard to join! There is always a "I'll come back with this tomorrow" "I'll get back to you on Monday" but we never return unless we really insist and get angry! Since the 23rd of April that I paid Mr Normand for my taxes, I call RevenuQc today and they have not had my statement. I communicate with Luc by email he tells me that he must finalize my application with the statement that I missed (statement he has in his possession since April 23). Then I ask him to confirm that my statement was sent, after 6h without a response I go to his office on the opening hours there is nobody, not even his secretary! I am clearly not the only one since when I arrived someone was also there to look for it.
UPDATE: To reply to Mr. who said that the delay was due to a missing statement in my file, I specify in my comment that Mr. Normand had said statement in his possession since 23 APRIL at 11am in the morning. He notified me at 8am in the morning. So in 3 hours he received the document he needed, so the 1 week deadline is absolutely NOT justified. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai choisi Luc Normand car il est à côté de mon travail, au début tout s'est très bien passé, très réactif, sauf qu'en Juillet ne recevant aucun retour d'impôt j'ai commencé à m'inquiéter! Il s'avérait que personne n'avait reçu de dossier à mon nom! Depuis Luc Normand a soit-disant renvoyé mon dossier, il m'a dit de patienter car revenus Québec avait pris du retard mais ma patience a des limites.. son bureau n'est jamais ouvert et il ne répond pas à mes courriels. Je ne suis pas du genre à mettre des avis, mais svp pouvez-vous vous occuper de mon dossier!
I chose Luc Normand because he is next to my work, in the beginning everything went very well, very reactive, except that in July receiving no tax return I began to worry! It turned out that no one had received a file in my name! Since Luc Normand supposedly sent back my file, he told me to wait because Revenu Québec was late but my patience has limits .. his office is never open and he does not answer my emails. I am not the type to put opinions, but please can you take care of my file!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est la 2e année et la dernière que nous faisons faire nos rapports d'impôts par monsieur Normand. Oui, nos rapports ont été transmis dans les délais, mais il a fallu que mon conjoint se pointe à son bureau le 30 avril pour régler. Il faut comprendre qu'on était sans nouvelle depuis près de 2 semaines. Et quand je réussisais à parler avec sa secrétaire, je n'avais pas de retour. Si vous avez trop de clients, simplement en refuser pour pouvoir offrir un service clientèle de qualité et de répondre à vos clients. De notre côté, nous avons un délai pour payer aussi... De plus, quand on appelle, on tombe sur le message vocal qui mentionne être ouvert à 12h30 et mon conjoint s'est retrouvé devant une porte close et barrée. Je ne recommande pas. Merci et espérant que notre situation est exceptionnelle.
This is the second year and the last year that we have our tax reports made by Mr. Normand. Yes, our reports were submitted on time, but my spouse had to come to his office on April 30 to pay. We must understand that we had no news for nearly 2 weeks. And when I managed to speak with his secretary, I did not have a return. If you have too many customers, simply refuse to be able to offer quality customer service and meet your customers. On our side, we have a deadline to pay too ... Moreover, when we call, we fall on the voice message that mentions being open at 12:30 and my spouse found himself in front of a closed and locked door. I do not recommend. Thank you and hoping that our situation is exceptional.
