Ken is the excellent guy and outstanding professional. We were lucky to find him quite occasionally about five years ago. He is very responsive, responsible and knows his business very well.

Excellent mechanic, polite, attentive, honest, does whatever needed to fix the problem, very reasonable prices for work done very well. Every car repair place should be like this.

Ken replaced the low beam bulbs on my 2015 ram 1500 with a HID conversion kit. He did an amazing job. The truck looks great plus the visibility at night is so much better now. Thank you.

With all the positive reviews given about this place, I was hoping this place would provided me the same great service as what others received. Unfortunately in my situation I didn't. I came here based on a recommendation from a friend, as my car was having some issue with the spark plug (this is after when I figured out what was the issue, and brought my car somewhere else). Upon arrival, I was met with a mechanic his name was Henry, I told him what kind of issue I was having with my car. Immediately, Henry said he needs to run a diagnostic with the computer to find what the issue was and that would cost about $100 but it would not include any attempt to repair the car (he also made me pay at the time I dropped of my car). I dropped my car off early in the morning around 10am, Henry said he would call me as soon as he found out what was wrong. I waited for hours then he called me back around 4pm and said there was a serious problem that would costs around $700 in parts and $300 in labor. As my car is an older model car, I decided it was not worth close to $1100 in repair. I have discussed the issues of my car with my coworkers and found out that it is actually a common winter problem for older cars having too much moisture from the condensation of the engine causing damages to the spark plug. I went to another garage and told them the same problem and after understanding my issue and the mechanic used the exact same computer that Henry used and found the problem in 3 minutes. On top of that, the parts are ordered immediately, I was charged $300 in total for parts and repair. I believe this mechanic is not loyal nor trustworthy despite their company's name. First, I wasted so much time waiting for a "diagnostic" test, and was overcharged an incredible amount. On top of that, the mechanic thought he can rip me off by completely exaggerating the issue and overcharging me for parts and labor. I honestly believe he tried to trick me. I definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone as they try to trick you by jacking up their prices.

I had called regarding changing my DRL'S to something brighter and better. I had spoken with Ken on the phone, who after seeing my initial message had called me right away. Extremely polite, knowledgable and professional when he was speaking to me and honest. Upon arrival, he had came outside of the shop to greet me which is very rare. The work was quick, he put all of my old items in a plastic bag and handed it back to me. The job was clean and the lights were perfectly aligned in my VW Golf. We spent a few minuets afterward talking about tuning, and I loved how much knowledge he has, also appreciated his honesty on the do's and dont's . He certainly had me convinced on better rims and tires, but did not pressure me to do it immediately and told me whenever I'm ready...Prices at this shop are excellent and I will for sure be coming back here and will be recommending it to others like I already have to the VW community around the GTA.. My car was badly damaged in a car accident and Ken was great about helping me out. I was afraid that my car would never drive the same after needing so much work done on it but since getting the car back I find that it’s better than before the accident!

Ken Mak has helped me out so much through my decission making process of led lights. He took the time to show me the quality of lower priced ones to the expensive ones and explained it better than Google or any forum can. I don't mind making the drive from Mississauga to Richmond Hill to see him and get good quality service and parts. The traffic jams are worth it going there and back.
