★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After lots of hard work organizing a family event it’s extremely disappointing to have paid for a venue only to be locked out and unable to get into said venue.
Gary, you failed miserably and I’ll be reporting to the BBB ASAP.
The hall was PAID IN FULL and the day comes and you’re phone is off and the hall is locked and nobody can get a hold of you.
If I could give a negative rating i would.
Thankyou fornthe massive inconvenience to both myself and my 50+ guests.
