R	Ralt RT40 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid. I was referred to Harrison by my realtor Michael Prior (who did a good job) when selling my income property house in 2019. Dealt mostly with Lisa. Harrison's verbal advice to me regarding specific questions was rambling and vague IMO. Documents were prepared and sent for signing absolutely full of errors, even names were wrong, my co-owner and I had to spend a lot of time marking up corrections then checking again to see that they were done. No apology, no sign of any concern, if anything they seemed annoyed that we wanted corrections of their basic errors. I'd hate to think of a client who may not have the language skills, time, and attention to detail that I had, they probably would have ended up with invalid documents. Also, there were some challenges expected with tenants; an extra clause written in the contract of sale meant to solve this was later found invalid in a Landlord-Tenant Board hearing. This did not affect me as seller but was likely a significant problem for the buyer. Harrison's invoice was about twice the verbal quote. I reported this bad experience to Michael Prior, he listened and seemed to take my concerns seriously regarding future referrals. Should have written this review at the time. I'm working with another lawyer now on a real estate purchase, and was reminded. Hope it helps.
