To stay aside from only dropping a subjective review, and to reflect on my deep knowledge about the owner and its business, I'd like to share my reasons as well: 1- As a person, Mr Jahandar has ALWAYS appeared so humble, gentle, generous to share his knowledge, and supportive. He knows a lot, but never play with technical stuff and jargon to make clients confused. As a teacher, he knows very well how to simplify complex issues. And you can never hear the "stories" of other clients from him, as examples; i do respect people who respect confidentiality in their sensitive industry! 2- It's an acceptable notion that "Mastery" in a particluar area comes after nearly 10k hours of practice. I know the way Mr Jahandar has worked: On average, 10hrs/d, 7 days a week. So, you would expect mastery in 1000 days, or 3 years, with this practice load. Well, he has over 30 years of accounting experience! 3- Mr Jahandar is running a 'fair' business. He has always prioritized my situation, over his fees; Meanwhile, I have remembered "I am supposed to pay for his 30 years of knowledge and experience, and not just the minutes I assume a tax filing takes!" My professional dentist or lawyer or mechanics or hair dresser or painter would charge me exactly the same way, and that's why they are professionals! 4- While "to err is human," I have noticed that Jahandar accounting uses a 3-step process to minimize errors. I assume Mr Jahandar, as a calm and open person, is an easy manager to approach, in case something wrong pops up.
