Horrible experience their policies are impractical and oppressive to women. My ex refused to sign the policies as a result i was refused childcare.

Don't take your kids here. The amount of drama especially from the board members is a HUGE headache! They "changed management" and I removed my kids from this daycare immediately.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I had my daughter there for 1 month, and it was truly a horrible experience. Staff very unmotivated, non caring, Non accommodating to the smallest degree, and cannot deal with any behavioral inconveniencs. My daughter was thriving in a private daycare but I switched to this daycare to save money. Our life drastically changed, my daughter resisted going every single day where before she loved daycare time. She was complaining every day saying they are scary, they fight with her, and the last straw was she told me a teacher hurt her by pushing her on her back. These are things that I never heard from my girl before, even when she didnt feel like going to daycare, so I know that's truly how she felt and not just making excuses. The director dismissed the concern saying children think other kids experiences are their own and shes probably not a good fit for such a "large" size class. Very not true, because my daughter never made these complaints from other daycare which actually were way larger in class size. I was getting emails about how my daughter says no when shes being asked to do something and that I have to teach her to obey and listen to adults! They act as if they are non professionals with 0 experience on how to deal with a toddler saying no? Why dont you teach your staff that they should explain why they're asking her to do something before she even says no, especially considering she was so new. Now I'm back at our expensive daycare, happily paying 3 times the amount but wer are out of this nightmare they call a daycare. Great if you want your kids to go there to be bossed around and treated like they are in an army. There are many other examples but please stay away from this daycare, which is hard since no one has spots and they are definitely feeding off that.

This is the worst daycare ever. The director and staff members are prejudiced and not accommodating. If your daytime routine depends on having a dependable daycare for your children, I strongly advise you not to register them at this horrible care centre. They call you at intervals, to pick your child up at every instance, whether it is because of simple cold, common stools or napping, regardless of where you may be. If you are late, your child gets suspended for the next day..

My daughter is currently attending LNL daycare since August 2020 and I can only say that the experience has been wonderful. Karen and her team are professional, caring and up to date on their knowledge. LNL insists that there is no limit to education with their staff and ensure parents are up to date on what they are working on professionally as a team to ensure my child comes first. LNL sends out a weekly update on how the week went, healthy snack schedule and learning schedule for the month so I can talk with my daughter on what is coming up next for the week. I appreciate that the staff brings the children outside twice a day weather depending. LNL keeps me informed on my Childs behavior good or difficult so we can work though together to have consistency at home and at LNL for the well being of my child. With the changes in the last year to the staffing of LNL, the previous reviews do not reflect the center as it is now. I am happy to be sending my daughter and encourage any parent considering this center to visit in person to see the love and fun that is a part of our daily routine :)

Our child has been thriving at Lovin n Learnin Daycare. We are very fortunate to have caring staff look after our child. With COVID19, the staff have ensured that each child is screened prior to entering the center every morning for any symptoms. This makes me feel comfortable sending my child, the staff is also masked and teaches the children the importance of hand washing.

This is a well-run and well organized child care centre. Both my children are currently at this daycare ,one with special needs and they have been more than helpful with the whole process, my kids love being here, I’m so happy we found them. I feel safe knowing my kids are in good hands and the staff here is amazing and very engaged with the kids.

Both my kids love it here, and are always excited to go to daycare. The caregivers here are wonderful and nice to the kids, the director Karen is great and worked with our family to help our oldest, he is thriving, communicates better and loves his daycare. This is a great place for any child to thrive.
