I love that the owner is so involved with the facilities ensuring that your dog gets all the love and treatment needed. I usually board the cats in the calgary facility they have a nice area for the kids. With sending my animals to this company I never have to worry. The daily report cards are super cute and always leave me smiling. Highly recommend this company, and if you need grooming too !!! This is a full one stop for all your aminals needs ! Thank you Staff !

Alas, life has thrown some curveballs this year and I was forced to begin the search for one. I cannot say enough how impressed I’ve been with Love Your Pet in Crossfield. It seems Constance has thought of absolutely everything to make it convenient for us humans. From the registration process, to booking, to pickup and drop off (they’ll even come get your dog if you can’t take them yourself), everything is super easy. They are always willing to take Maisie, even with little notice. When I drop her off seems happy and willing to go. Maisie is played out when she gets home but has never shown any signs of distress, injury or uncleanliness. The facility itself is great for dogs that don’t do well in a traditional daycare setting (working breeds) because of the large outdoor space and the way that they group dogs together for play. The little report card she gets at the end of the evening is another piece of reassurance that she’s in great hands while I’m forced to be away from her. It provides a clear picture of how her day went and demonstrates that they check her over from head to tail to make sure nothing was missed or requires attention. I have total trust in this facility and can tell that the staff genuinely care about the well-being of Maisie while she is in their care. Thanks for all that you do, you guys are awesome.

My two dogs are a bit selective and LYP has an awesome system to make sure they have the best stay and they always come home happy and tired. Not to mention, they do report cards so you can stay in touch with your pup and how they’re doing, and they will come to your house to pick up and drop off and save you a drive!! Cannot recommend enough to anyone!
