I'm a Game Developer/Enginner/Web Designer from Venezuela and I attended Louise's online workshop on Saying No. It was an inspiring and insightful experience for me, which I really appreciated. Louise is also a great an engaging speaker, her content and recommendations are excellent and very helpful, she shares so much value at every chance! I highly recommend her.

I have been working with Louise for a few months now, it has been a great experience that I am grateful for. My path with Louise crossed when I had the good fortune to hear her speak at an event I was attending. She was the last speaker of the day, as soon as she began to speak I became energized. Pretty soon after that, I set up a free consultation to see if having us work together was the right fit for both of us, I knew this would be the right fit for me as soon as we met. I felt no pressure during that first consult and I knew Louise wants the very best for her clients. Currently I am in a stage in my life that a lot of changes are taking place, feeling overwhelmed and at a loss for direction. Through my continued work with Louise I have gained direction and tools to be the leader I aspire to be, learn to set better boundaries in my personal life and learned how to handle certain situations in a more responsive way. We have done this through setting weekly goals or actions that I am accountable to sharing with Louise, completed an exercise that captures my values (which we often reference back to), and walk through how to approach life situations in a different manner. My goal entering these sessions was to learn more about myself, learn to be a better leader and shift my perspectives. I continuously see my own progress, often after a situation has taken place I stop and reflect, I realize I wouldn't have handled things in that matter even a few months ago. It is not just myself that benefits from this work, my peers, friends and family all benefit as I am learning to create more capacity in my life and learn to approach things in a mindful manner. I look forward to my weekly sessions with Louise, no matter how I am feeling entering the meeting I always leave the meeting feeling more happy and energized. I have recommended Louise to my friends and I would recommend her to anyone looking to reach the next level in your life. -Kathleen

I started working with Louise to help me find ways to make leading a team easier for me. In the 3 months I have been working with Louise I have made several surprising discoveries about myself and gained some tools to help me make positive change. These have allowed me to recognize what is getting in the way and made it easier for me to have the conversations I need to have with my team members. I learn something in every session with Louise. The discussions are easy. Louise listens to what I am saying then reflects back to make sure she has heard me correctly. She may then ask follow up questions and often she respectfully suggests new ways of looking at things. I always leave the conversation with an action to take, something to think about and I often leave the conversation with some profound new insights about myself. Just the insight can be enough to change daily interactions.
