Q	Quentin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a kind of typical french canadian fast-food. Everything tastes really good and they have specialities you will find no where else. Even if it is a fast-food and made on the spot, it really tastes like it is homemade. Also, it's an open kitchen so you can see people who work there and the crew is really all interdependant and nice to each other. The place itself is really cozy and has that 80's restaurant ambiance. Such a great place to go and eat really fine french canadian meals even for kids. Update : still as good. Really glad the full menu is back!

M	Marco Marone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Louis’ is to Sherbrooke what In & Out is to LA. These fast-food joints are clean and well organized; quality stuff that is actually served quicker than a McDonald’s frozen patty. The homemade pogo is worth the try with the sweet mustard sauce.
B	Bryan Lapointe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent Smoked Meat and fries! The meat was seasoned perfectly and it comes with a big half dill pickle that was also very tasty. The fries have a buttery almost sweet flavor that is just right, I ordered them with vinegar and salt of course! I highly recommend this restaurant, the staff is bilingual and very friendly so don't be afraid if your visiting and don't speak french! Its also open until 10pm which is currently an hour or two later than many of the restaurants in the area so its extra convenient too! I plan to make this a regular stop when visiting Sherbrooke!
s	susan wu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty food. We had traditional poutine, max Louis burger and smoked meat. Burger is juicy and tasty. Curd cheese is so fresh on poutine. And smoked meat is just unbelievable. And on top of that, covid protocol has been practicing carefully.

Louis Was the place to go back when I was a kid. I was born in Sherbrooke on La Rue Cartier not too far from this place. It has changed dramatically. It was a hole in the wall back in the early 1960's. But it had the best poutine you could find. French Fries were out of this world. I never forgot about Chez Louis after all these years. Brings back memories of when I was a young boy. I've visited it a few years ago and nothing has changed except the building. Maybe I can order online to the New England town i live in now!
