I'm done preheating my oven every time I call Louis. I warn anyone considering this place to order from somewhere else.

After driving half an hour home with a hungry toddler we opened up the boxes to find out that $50+ of food were burnt past the point of even being able to eat it. The pizza was so overcooked the cheese was hard as a rock, it was the same with the whole chicken we ordered. The chicken skin was black and burnt, and it was so overcooked the actual meat was hard and crispy. We contacted the manager who offered us a discount on our next order.. Not good enough. This food should NEVER have been put into a box and given to a customer. We won't be ordering here again, the food was completely inedible and the customer service was non existent.

The woman representing the front cash this Tuesday evening was a real pleasant, personable team member and pleasure to talk with. I enjoyed your creation of Specialty Pizza!! Will be back for sure..Ty signed the Butler!!!??
N	Nick J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come on! A small Louis’ in-house poutine with traditional gravy, fries and grated mozzarella. Legit, untouchable! For what it is, they are hands-down the best at it, period, Point blank. Nolan in the city touches their poutine nor comes close. Probably one of the best poutines in Canada! That sauce tho!! Always a great conversation with caring staff and friendly service. A ‘must try’ if you haven’t, a ‘time to go’ if it’s been a while. Enjoy! Thank you!
