Ron, the Senior Mortgage Underwriter, was the person who helped on this purchase. He was very professional, patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and made us feel comfortable. He found the best possible rate and a good mortgage program for us. His availability through email or call back is very much appreciated. If he’s unavailable, we still get a call back or email from Amit.
We are very grateful for his understanding. He was always there until the final closing of our home. We are now living in our retirement home.
Ron is the type of person you would want to work on your behalf.
You can expect excellent service from Ron, Amit and the staff.

Sandy who was working on my file was really good in helping me understand the different process in the loan process and provided a sense of calm during the whole house purchase phase as well as the mortgage completion before the closing date.
Needless to say I would high recommend lotus loans for any loan and mortgage application and processing.

I talked to Neil Pahuja initially, who understood my needs and he handed me off to Ron Dionisio (Senior Mortgage Underwriter), who worked on my application. Ron was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, prompt and professional. His documentation and deal presentation are also top notch. Ron helped to close the refinance deal for me. I've dealt with various mortgage brokers, but I must say that the folks at Lotus Loans are a class apart from the rest. I would recommend Lotus Loans to anyone that is looking for reliable and professional service!

I have worked with other mortgage brokers in the past but working with Ron proven to be a right decision for us. He definitely excited our expectations around excellent customer service.
