★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bedbug warning. Google yourself. Nasty nasty area. Do your research. CREEPY. THREE noisy nightclub right below cannot sleep ALL weekend Thursday to Sunday. Tiny tiny rooms. yikes. You have been warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a lot of reviews on this place since it became an apartment building. Cheap rent for the location. Proximity is the highlight. Micro rooms are cool if you dont mind that sort of thing. People are generally fine. Walls are as thick as you'd expect. I'm rarely kept up by noise from neighbors or the street but it does happen. I'm on the 5th floor tho. I feel like 2nd and 3rd floors would be a bit worse for street noise. Lots of homeless yelling randomly outside and sirens but you get used to it. Landlord is normal, seems like a nice guy. I never hear The Pint but the overflow on weekends is a thing. Overall very livable for downtown but it is what it is. Hope that helps.
