★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer beware. This store sells many products and has many packaged items on the shelves. I bought some muffler repair tape after being shown the product by one of the staff. When I went to install it the instructions did not match the product at all. The package said reinforced muffler tape with epoxy resin but the product was just tin foil tape. I installed anyway since I now had it at home, it lasted about 2 minutes before a hole blew through it.
I went back to the store and asked why the product on the package wasn’t the same as the product inside but they had no idea. All the other packs of “red” resin coated reinforced muffler tape in the store also only contained tin foil tape.
Anyway the short of it was that they wouldn’t refund my money even thought the product was nothing close to what it said on the package.
So be very careful what you buy at this store.
They have lost me as a customer over refusing to make right over just a $5 product, most likely what you buy will put a lot more at risk.
Funny that a store will have a policy of “no refund without a receipt” but they don’t have a policy to ensure that the products in a package are what the package says it is.
Too bad since we all like to support local until they start to treat you like you have no other options.
Hello Amazon. Also can’t wait for the border to reopen again so I can shop where real customer service exists.
Goodbye Lordco.
