★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for many years. The new prices are absolutely ludicrous - 1800 for 1 bdrm is not worth it - especially given we are surrounded by low income housing (no insuite laundry). My car gets broken into every few months (always when i accidentally forget to lock it so they aren't damaging anything) but i've had many things go missing. When i bring it up to the building manager they know there is an issue and refuse to set up a camera - instead they say go talk to the police - who i'm sure won't look into it without any video evidence. The location is great so i'll give it two stars - if they put up a camera and drop prices i'd give it a 4.
