I had the same experience as other reviews. Twice my recycling bin wasn't picked up. The first time a let it go as human error. The second time I called customer service she was rude and condescending. Insisted bin wasn't out. I now take pic of bin in place and email it to their customer service email as proof. No accountability.

Called customer service about a missed bin pickup and was met by an incredibly rude customer service agent. She seemed condescending right from the get go. Called the city to complain and I was told to log a complaint with loraas. Seriously? Is no one accountable? As if it isn't bad enough that I have to pay for others filling up my bin but now I have to wait two more weeks for pick up on a full bin. Thus far I haven't been impressed with this city's service or lack there of.

Had a similar experience to Charmaine. After missing our bin I contacted customer service. I was told in extremely rude tones that it was my fault for not having the lid closed. This is the second time in as many months that the recycle bin has not been picked up (the first time it was apparently due to the bin's close proximity to a neighbour's vehicle). We are a family of seven. The recycle bin is full in less than a week, never mind two weeks. I'm starting to wonder why I pay for this service. Loraas never responded to my emails so I've since contacted a city councillor regarding this issue.

Our organics bin had not been picked up and was becoming a bit of a biohazard. A very nice customer care agent made arrangements with a driver, to pick up our bin after they completed their normal route (not our scheduled pick up day). The driver arrived just before gale force winds would have spread the bin and its contents about the neighborhood. You ladies and gentlemen, saved my sanity, and kept my neighbors from shooting the new guy in town who was stinking up the community. Great work.

I've used Loraas for almost 15 years for work and a few times for home. Fantastic! bins are clean trucks and drivers always clean and people that pick up my recycling at work are always friendly and accommodating! I Follow their guidelines and use some common sense when filling my bin and don't over fill it and I have never had a problem.

We have used Loraas in Saskatoon for our rural businesses for almost 10 years. We've never experienced a single issue. They are accommodating with our changing business needs, the bins are clean and sturdy but more so, the customer service has been outstanding. From sales, office and accounting staff, dispatchers and drivers - all get 5 stars from me! Keep up the great work. I recommend.

We use Loraas exclusively for all of our jobs. For some jobs, we use 3-4 bins per day. Loraas makes every effort to accommodate specific times even though they are always very busy. The logistics can be stressful but we are always treated like we are their best customer. Not once have we ever had a bad experience with the call centre or the drivers. Thank you Loraas!

They refused to pick up my bin. Sent me a picture and said bin was too close to parked vehicles, they had more than enough room. I was informed drivers are paid per bin pickup. Bin has been in same spot for 6 years with no issue. Contacted customer service which did nothing. Poor service and they are not willing to resolve issue. Very unimpressed with this poor service. Loraas does not deserve the contract.
