★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped an entire wall of a home they were demolishing next door on my property, destroying a bunch of stuff worth thousands of dollars. They then entered my property illegally to attempt to clean it up without notifying me of the accident. I had to call them to ask them for an explanation. After destroying almost 3 grand worth of property, they dragged out paying for weeks, as if me asking for the $$ for the items they broke was a bother and they even accused me of lying about the worth of my stuff. Unprofessional crooks. Steer clear of them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver almost caused an accident on highway 12 by nearly sideswiping another car while turning right, forcing the driver to abruptly stop and nearly get rear-ended by the person behind them. Then proceeded to drive 110km/h+ on a 60km road. Would strongly advise finding a new driver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drivers are utter maniacs. Observed driver today plate number BC49155 driving a solid 90kmph in the fast lane and then slamming his brakes whenever anyone came near him.
I'm going to filing a police report about the driver as he almost caused about 6 accidents by being a psychopath.
Based on their reviews, this seems to be the way they do business as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drivers are rude and inconsiderate and a danger to the neighbourhood. They speed, rarely observed posted traffic signs and endanger children out walking with their parents in an apparent attempt to get whatever they are doing done quickly and without caution for the safety of the neighbourhood. An absolute menace to the neighbourhood when they are in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Lopies for excavation after viewing their sign on numerous job sites I’ve visited in the past. I received quotes from five different companies and there’s was the most competitive. I was very please with Carlos and his crew. They came when they said they would come and finished the job within a couple of days as promised. Happy to do business with Carlos again in the future!
