Managers will lie to you, received only 2 raises in 7 years! (I know there was a downturn). I was used to do special jobs for the records department and I completed it in record time and I took on whatever extra work they threw my way. No acknowledgement for all the hard work you do. I hope they go under. New management from China is very racist, they let go of a lot of people to only hire Chinese with no experience. Also a reason why I was probably let go as I am not Asian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very shady organization since being bought out in 2016. They don’t pay their bills, surface leases or taxes leaving hundreds of landowners to clean up their mess. Somehow they still manage to acquire new land and only pay what is convenient to them. Stay far away from doing any work with them or you will get burnt.
