★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tee boxes aren't that great, but for a driving range it does what it needs to do. A bigger practice putting area would be great addition.
It's fun trying to hit the fence anyway!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained hitting area and spacious. You can also hit off the grass. Large bucket is very good value. Probably one of the best driving ranges in Edmonton area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started playing golf in 2014 and this was the first driving range I went to when I was living with my parents in north Edmonton. I have since moved to southwest Edmonton and still make the 30min drive to this St Albert driving range when I visit family. You can hit off new mats with artificial grass, new mats with tight lies, and a section to hit off real grass for those ugly lies.
They have new range balls every season which makes practicing worth the drive for me. The staff are kind and have always treated me like family. Love this range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just left the Lone Spruce Driving Range for the first time and had to leave a review. The owners of this place are a lovely family who really care about what they do!
We had to get a rain check because a thunderstorm rolled in and the lady at the front even offered me an umbrella to get to the car and take home with me. I'll be back! Because this is the range I want to learn golf at but also because I need to get that umbrella back! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great local place to hit some balls. Large bucket for $12 (2021). They have children's clubs that are free for kids under 12. I was able to take my daughter and found out she swings left handed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed hitting balls at Lone spruce. Mats are showing there age but new balls are in play so not like hitting rocks. They have tidied up the area, its a driving range.
