★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful location refreshing views not crowded, great place for a walk, by yourself or with your pet, nice restaurant and bakery. Could use more garbage cans. City of Richmond must think everyone puts garbage in their pockets, as there are only 2 places one on either side of the neighborhood. Nothing in between!!!@

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet and peaceful, with benches and limited picnic tables to enjoy your coffee or lunch. We observed many different types of birds in and around the river. The most surprising were 2 white swans.
