★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My insurance broker of 10+ years was assumed by a larger firm, and this meant having to get a new brokerage and insurance very quickly. Ms. Jurgens was recommended to me by a friend who was very pleased with their service. She is very busy, but she was able to provide me with several quotes on Airbnb homeowner's insurance, which is presently hard to find. She also provided superior rates on auto insurance. I highly recommend Ms. Jurgens and Lamonte & Collings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company to work with. I was with them since 2004, my son from 2014. After all the years of being together, we kindly asked them to waive the cancellation fee as the insurance company we were insured with guaranteed us that the fee can be waived if this company reached out to them and let them know. They REFUSED to make the call. After so many years of using this broker, it really put things into perspective. Don't use this company. They are not in the business to help out clients.

I ended up paying only a little more than before for coverage that fits my needs.
When compared to another company that I reached out to at the same time that took weeks to even get back to you, Lamonte & Collings was a breath of fresh air!
