Container arrived late, 2 hours after the 4 hour window initially given. When I called to have the container picked up, I was told tomorrow. When I called the next day, I was told I didn't tell them it was "rush" so it would be the next day. When I called the following day I was told they didn't have enough drivers and it would be two days later. I had to postpone a concrete pour and had workers standing around with no work to do because there was a container in the way. When the container was finally picked up the owner, Jean Guy essentially told me too bad not his problem and basically piss off. Reply to Recybac's reply and text following initial review: I understand that you may work hard and I applaud your entrepreneurial spirit. It is your attitude and total lack of customer service that I dislike, on multiple calls you told me you would pick up the container "tomorrow", you did not. And upon the pick up we had the aforementioned conversation where you shirked all responsibility, told me I was wrong to feel like you mislead me and told me that as the owner you could do nothing. I was not looking for a freebie, I simply hoped that as a good business owner you would say "hey, I understand, I'm very sorry. It's true we messed up a little and I'm sorry you lost money. I can't refund you but how about a little discount on the next container, or let me buy you lunch." It didn't matter what it was, just that you realise your customers are your priority. Instead, while I was at work that evening I received this text on my personal phone: "Salut Joel c'est Jonathan de Recybac container ;) Quand tu es rendu a diminuer tes semblables sur google, il est facile de voir a quel point l'homme peut etre ignorant. Si tu savais comment on se force pour batir notre entreprise depuis 2006 et quand on rencontre des clients comme toi sa me ramene sur terre assez live. Tu es chanceux que ce ne sois pas moi qui etait dans le camion aujourd'hui car tu aurais eu toute tes vidanges éparpillé dans ton driveway. Mon pere lui a simplement décidé de te laisser aller dans ton ignorance et tu est bien chanceux ?" I especially enjoyed the winky face after the not so veiled threat.

I ordered an 11 by 7 by 4 bin for renovation materials. After I called the company to ask them to pick up the bin when it was filled, I received a voicemail informing me that there would be additional fees because the bin they delivered was larger than the one I ordered. I called to explain that I did not order the larger bin that they provided me with, and that I did not understand why they would give me something I did not order. Their explanation: "It benefited you to have the larger bin and you should be happy". They said they called me letting me know that I would be receiving the larger bin, which was NOT TRUE. I never received a call. They were also supposed to call me asking me where to leave the bin once delivered, which never happened either. The only call I received was the one AFTER THE SERVICE WAS PAID. I told them that I would have appreciated a call ASKING me if I wanted the larger bin, and not to assume that I would. I, in fact, did not need the larger bin. The person on the phone then told me I should shop elsewhere and hung up on me. This was truly the worst experience in customer service I have ever received and I will not be using this company again. They played games, lied about services, and had hidden fees. Many of my friends are in need of similar services and I will not be referring them.

Great service, very friendly over the phone and also in person. The price was much better than all the other companies called for a 10 yard bins for soil/dirt.

Not professional at all. You call explain the scope that you need, they provide you quickly a container, charge you upfront. Then you think it’s over but it is far from it. You call them on time to pick it, they answer you we are busy (and charge you the delay to come and pick it from your place) then when they come and pick it, they told you oh by the way, it is heavier than what you were suppose to use (do they expect customer to weight every single item that goes onto the container?!?!?) and then they charge you extra without even calling you or explaining anything. You TRUST them giving them your CRedit card number and they charge you whatever suits them without even explaining… this is far from being professional!

Excellent service! Very professional and punctual and no hidden fees or scam like I’ve seen in other reviews for other companies! Highly recommend it!!
