Mentent quand on les appelle le lendemain, et disent que le livreur arrive, alors qu il n est pas partit.
Me coûte 100$ en immobilisation du personnels.
 Do not deliver on the scheduled day! 2x
Lie when called the next day, and say that the delivery man arrives when he is not gone.
Cost me $ 100 in staff capital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile c'est ce que j'aurais choisi. Le service est lamentable. Cette compagnie est à éviter si vous avez une autre option. Ils ne respectent pas les délais et quand ils sont en retard pour venir chercher le conteneur, ils vous font payer des frais de retard alors que c'est que c'est eux qui ne pouvaient pas venir au moment indiqué. Pire, nous, ils ont débité de notre carte de crédit directement quand on a dit qu'on n'était pas d'accord.
If I could put 0 star this is what I would have chosen. The service is dismal. This company is to be avoided if you have another option. They do not meet the deadlines and when they are late to pick up the container, they charge you late fees when it is they who could not come at the indicated time. Worse, us, they debited from our credit card directly when we said that we did not agree.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quand j'ai parlé au téléphone avec la conseillère elle me dit que pour 10 verges 2 tonnes de déchets est permis. Quand je reçois le relevé de la facture avec les détails je m'aperçois que c'est 1 tonne seulement. Je rappelle, et elle me confirme que oui elle a dit 2 tonnes mais qu'en parlant avec son supérieur c'est juste 1 tonne. Je lui dit qu'elle m'a induit en erreur, mais aucune réaction (je m'attendais à des excuses et que ce sera ok 2 tonnes...). J'ai annulé la transaction et été voir ailleurs. Non professionnel, non marketing.
When I spoke on the phone with the counselor she said that for 10 yards 2 tonnes of garbage is allowed. When I receive the invoice statement with the details I realize that it is only 1 ton. I call back, and she confirms to me that yes she said 2 tonnes but that by speaking with her superior it's just 1 tonne. I told her that she misled me, but no reaction (I expected an apology and that it will be ok 2 tonnes ...). I canceled the transaction and went to look elsewhere. Not professional, not marketing.

Surtout ne pas faire affaire avec aucune compagnie de proche ou loin à Melimax.
Charge des frais additionnels pour du tonnage supplémentaire qui est impossible.
Étant donné qu’il possède le centre de tri, le site d’enfouissement et la pèse donc il est très difficile, voire même impossible, de contester leur décision.
Voir la photo ci jointe il s’agit de mon conteneur quelques instant avant la cueillette, on me charge pour 9.92TM , 22,000 LBS !!!!!!!!!!
Le conteneur n’est pas a ¾ pleins et il y a que du bois et gypse..
FRAUDOR ALERT !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BIGGEST CROOKS IN TOWN! I order around 20-30 containers a Year from various companies and never had any problem or extra charges. I use Melimax for the first time and Boom! extra charge for overload !!!!! Bunch of Clowns - I never called them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the time they are easy to work with. However, the last time I used them during construction holidays they sent a container smaller than what I had asked for without telling me. When I called they said they didn't have bigger ones available. I asked them to remove it so that another company could deliver what I needed- that took 2 days. My refund took 2 months. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has some of the worst drivers. Also, is not taking any measures to ensure that they are safe and respect the lows!
This driver cut an entire line that was waiting on the correct lane, and just because he is driving a garbage truck ( literally and physically) he cut in front! Safety??? Forget that! Not even a "please let me get in that lane" or something! No, just jumped in front!
On top of that, I called the company to report this driver and I was promised that one of their supervisors will call for more info...I'm still waiting for that call!
If this is the way that this company is looking at safety and their drivers, I don't even want to think how are they treating the clients!
No wonder they have a 2 star rating!
