C'était ma première expérience en location d'outil et j'y retournerais volontier pour mes prochains besoins. Courteous and very friendly service. The receptionist is attentive and the fast and righteous service of social distancing in time from COVID-19. It was my first experience in tool rental and I would stay there again for my next needs.

La cassière qui était de service le vendredi 22 juin 2018 vers 16h m'a automatiquement dit que ça ne rentrera pas dans mon Honda CR-V. Ayant des doutes, je lui ai demandé de me montrer l'appareil. En l’apercevant, je lui ai dit que j'étais pas mal convaincu que ça pouvait rentrer. Elle m'a répondu que personne ne m'aiderais avec ça, que je devais venir avec quelqu'un si je souhaitais le mettre dans mon CR-V, à moins que je loue un trailer également. J'ai donc été louer mon essoucheuse chez la compétition (Lou-Mec, 1290 blv. Tashereau, Laprairie). Les gars là-bas m'ont aidé à faire entrer l’appareille (de taille identique à celle de Simplex) dans mon CR-V, et ça n'a même pas passé proche d'être difficile (voir photo ci-joint). La cassière du Simplex à officiellement poussé un client vers un compétiteur, c'est très ordinaire comme stratégie d'affaire, son patron devrait avoir une discussion avec elle. I tried to rent a stump grinder from Simplex sainte-catherine. The cashier who was on duty on Friday June 22, 2018 around 4 p.m. automatically told me that it will not fit in my Honda CR-V. Having doubts, I asked him to show me the device. Seeing it, I told him that I was pretty convinced it could fit. She replied that no one would help me with that, that I had to come with someone if I wanted to put it in my CR-V, unless I rented a trailer as well. So I went to hire my stump grinder from the competition (Lou-Mec, 1290 blv. Tashereau, Laprairie). The guys there helped me fit the device (same size as Simplex) into my CR-V, and it didn't even come close to being difficult (see photo attached) . The Simplex cashier has officially pushed a client towards a competitor, it is very ordinary as a business strategy, her boss should have a discussion with her.
