There was an occasion when I was given the wrong dosage but the pharmacist asked me to cut the tablet in half with no apologies or explanation. I think the pharmacists need some training to humble themselves and treat their customers right. They do all this by taking a high dispensing fee which makes no sense.

Loblaw superstore will lose business because of unprofessional manager like Sam and the staff Terisha. Both were ignorant, not helpful at all when ask for the COVID booster shots. Refused to give service saying we don’t have stocks. Please read the google rating before visiting this location. Loblaw should be ashamed of their brand doing business with 2.1 google rating. Sam the manager was not only an unprofessional individual but he is also a liar stating me that they do not have Pfizer shots in stock. The manager Sam started yelling at me over the phone and hung up when I have asked him to transfer my call to the general manager . I do not know how qualified Sam manager is for the job but one thing I can tell is that he is not a fit for this job. No wonder they have 2.1 rating. Every time you go to this location you have to wait half and hour in line. Staffs working have no idea of customer service. I have changed my pharmacy because of this and urging people not to waste their time and money at this location.

Well done. We appreciate you so much! We have also had great experiences with Sam. He is knowledgeable and kind. Working in a pharmacy during a pandemic is no doubt stressful, thank you for your hard work during this time, and always.
