★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is wonderful. It is managed by QuadReal Properties and I am privilege to know if few of them. The parkade is superb. The loading dock is the biggest I have seen in Calgary. The offices are great and the access through +15 to other buildings is there as well. Excellent location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two of the high rise commercial buildings decorating the Calgary downtown skyline. In the heart of downtown, with heated underground parking, it’s really a sight to behold. It’s also close to the Calgary Chinese community, Eau Claire community centre and good food around.
