Finally Deodorant works! I have allergy to different type of deodorant, and I asked for sample and I got it.. WOW. it works great and even BEST ones. I do not have reaction to it. Recommend to anyone who have hard time finding one. It is best!

This is long overdue. Lynn went above and beyond to help me create beautiful gift boxes for birthday presents. She even coordinated gift cards from a neighboring business. I'm hooked on their bath scoops and deodorant. I cannot wait for my next trip out to Winnipeg to visit the store again. Thanks again Lynn!?

Their natural deodorants are long-lasting and great for people with sensitive underarms and allergies to other common deodorants. I sadly had an allergic reaction while trying some of their soaps, but the owner was kind enough to explain the ingredients used and tell me what to watch out for. Informed, friendly service and products you can trust.

I couldn’t recommend Little Tree Hugger enough! The products are incredible, especially the natural deodorant! The owner is so kind, and she is an incredibly strong, empathetic and authentic advocate for social justice in the community, so you know that you are supporting a thoughtful and well-deserving business, especially given recent events in the local skincare business community!

I was told the products were all natural when I went into the store explaining that both myself and my disabled son have multiple chemical sensitivity. I didn’t have my reading glasses with me so couldn’t read the list of ingredients but took the proprietors word for it that there were no chemicals in any of their products and happily bought two deodorants. However, when I began using them and noticed reactions, I saw the word “fragrance” in the ingredients and called the store to ask what was contained under that heading and was surprised that the proprietor was reluctant to tell me. She said she had a customer in the store and asked me to call back another time. When I did, again she was reluctant, saying that there were no parabens in any of her products and thought it pertinent to inform me that all scents are chemicals, including natural ones. When I said I knew that but some chemicals have no adverse effect on me whereas others do and asked for a third time what was contained under the heading “fragrance” she said there was a long list of chemicals, too many to name over the phone but I could view the list on her suppliers website. I was very disappointed. I’d been happy to discover what I thought was a store I could safely and easily shop in but no, it’s another place that thinks I shouldn’t have the sensitivity I was born with and which is recognized by the Canadian Human Rights as a valid condition worthy of consideration.

5 stars always ! Not only do they sell handmade and locally made products, the owner is just to sweet! I love supporting this store. It feels good knowing your buying cruelty free and made with natural ingredients and supporting a family owned and operated store. Also if you're looking for a natural deodorant that actually works, then look no further! They refill your bottles, so hand soap, body wash, hair products.. so no more throwing away numerous plastic bottles into the landfills. Like I say 5 stars always lol! Love everything this store offers and stands for.

I was lucky enough to pop into Little Tree Hugger when Monique was working. I had come in for a deodorant as theirs is the only natural one I had tried that actually works. While browsing she mentioned that if I was interested in any creams, to let her know and she would set me up with a sample. As someone who has already wasted tons of money on products that didn't at all help my skin problems, I was definitely not looking to try out any cream products, but a free sample was worth a try. She gave me a sample of "Don't be Rash" balm when I asked if she had any recommendations for my very irritated, red, painful, itchy, bleeding, rash on my forehead that I have been covering with my bangs for the past two years. No part of me thought this would work, as nothing ever had in the past including $100 Prescription creams. Within TWO DAYS the redness was GONE. The itching was GONE. My skin could finally start healing because I didn't wake up having scratched it to shreds while I slept (or while I'm stressed and don't even realize I'm doing it). This balm is a miracle in a jar and now I find myself slapping it on any little skin problem, bug bite, or cut. Little Tree Hugger will be the only place I go for all my future skincare/body care needs. Their products are as homemade as they can get, with no nasty chemicals that we are all trying to avoid. I am so beyond impressed and now a customer for life.
