Je rappelle pour leur demander des sauces et sa réponse à 19h45 un vendredi, la livraison est maintenant fermé et offre un 15% à la prochaine commande. Pas besoin de vous dire que c'était la première et dernière fois! Service au client un gros 0! First experience tonight. Upon receiving the order, we realize that 1 item is missing and no sauce! En plus s'était tellement mal emballé arrivé a la maison le plat du chowmein était tout ouvert et avait coulé le sac était complètement détrempé et tout les plats était gommer et ça aussi c la deuxième fois que ça arrive. En plus la réceptionniste à fait une crise parce-que elle était tout seule on l'entendait sacré et pleurer et crier, vraiment pas intéressent, d'entendre ça. J'ai essayé de téléphoner mais personne n'a répondu, c incroyable comment c difficile de les rejoindrent et c dommage car la nourriture est bonne mais toujours des erreurs et un très mauvais service. J'ESPÈRE QUE DANs ma PROCHAINe COMMANDE J'AURAI DES EGGROLLS EN SURPLUS ET QUE MON REPAS SOIT BIEN EMBALLÉ je donne deux étoile s à cause du mauvais service I went last Thursday 30 DEC. I ordered 1 no. 1 and over 1 chowmein stuck, I was missing the eggrolls and c the second time this happened. In addition, it was so badly packaged when it arrived home, the chowmein dish was all open and had leaked, the bag was completely soaked and all the dishes were gummed up and that too was the second time it happened. In addition the receptionist had a fit because she was all alone, we could hear her sacred and crying and shouting, really not interested, to hear that. I tried to call but no one answered, it's amazing how hard it is to reach them and it's a shame because the food is good but always errors and very bad service. I HOPE IN MY NEXT ORDER I HAVE EXTRA EGGROLLS AND THAT MY MEAL IS WELL PACKAGED I am giving two stars because of bad service

On me répond qu'ils ne font pas ça à leur restaurent et que je dois rappeller à 4:30. BENNNNN imaginez vous que je suis tombé sur un répondeur .... et que je n ai jamais eu la ligne après des 10aines d appel ? Quand tu prend la peine d'essayer de prévoir ..... Very disappointed with the service. I call at 4:00 a.m. to have an order prepared for 5:00 p.m. I am told that they don't do that at their restaurant and that I have to call back at 4:30. BENNNNN can you imagine that I came across an answering machine.... and never got the line after 10 calls ? When you take the trouble to try to plan.....

Plusieurs fois que je commande, j'habite à 2 minutes quand je retelephone pour aller finalement chercher ma commande car trop long, pu de reponse au bout du fil. Je n'ai toujours pas recu ma commande? Super slow delivery service! Never seen! Several times I order, I live 2 minutes away when I call again to finally pick up my order because it's too long, no answer on the phone. I still haven't received my order?

En plus, ça répond jamais...ça aime mieux jacasser entre eux. C'est dommage parce que la bouffe est bonne.... Et...ouvert max 3h par jour...c'est vraiment nul The food is good But the service is so pathetic, always order errors. There is always something missing. Besides, they never answer...it prefers to chatter between them. It's a shame because the food is good.... And...open max 3 hours a day...it's really bad
