The best value for your money and a 3 month MERE posting is about a $100. Highly recommend and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Several other brokerages offer similar services — and then some — for hundreds, if not thousands more dollars. All I needed was the listing. Best $60 I’ve ever spent. Ended up selling with multiple offers, more than $60K over list price (and $100K over appraised price), with 1.5% commission. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is comfortable with all the other aspects of home selling. It literally saved us about $40,000.

We picked the $99 option and $199 interboard upgrade (which is super important) - Customer service - Quick and helpful replies from staff at all hours of the day. - Simplicity - Everything from uploading photos to making/managing the listing and reporting the sale process was all super simple. Cons: - May not be for everyone. They are only there to post/facilitate the sale. It is up to the seller to take photos, make property feature sheets, field calls, obtain possible surveys and negotiate with buyers. The beauty is you can have a shot at selling yourself, and if it doesn't work out for you, you can always cancel and list with an agent. Pro Tip: - Offer co-operating commission of 2-2.5%. Most buyers are represented and won't show their clients if they have any worry about getting paid. Overall 10/10 would use again.
