★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Mother passed away in 2006. I attended at the offices of a local attorney to have probate matters attended to.
I then met with Joel to have tax returns prepared.
My Mother was certainly not a pauper, but her estate was modest by any standards, and her tax returns not complex.
I waited in excess of four months to have this work completed, despite many phone inquiries on my part.
I was presented with a bill in the amount of $10,000.
In retrospect, and having recently shown my file from this transaction to a tax attorney here in Windsor, it is glaringly apparent that l was taken advantage of and grossly overcharged.
Shame on you Mr. Lipschitz, and more the shame on me for having been so foolish as to pay you without question.
