★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You would want another team, to look for Lions Peak (LP) work. They won't even bother if their clients' policy is active or not. There is no transition when someone leaves, very poor quality of services and at best it is reactive as and when they can pick your call and answer your emails, not pro-active.
Better to look for other service firms who can help you with more capabilities and more added value. LP did not work for me, as per the expectations.
