She was really good at figuring out what we were looking for - and she was very flexible and supportive when we wanted to look at something a little different. She helped remind us of what we said was important. She was excellent at making time when we needed time, and we never felt rushed or like she needed to be somewhere else. Linsey has a background and interest in building/renovating/decorating which was really helpful in many discussions. She has a great sense of humour and was just a pleasure to spend time with.

We met with Linsey to discuss our needs and over a month, she showed us a variety of housing options, always within our price range. Linsey is a very knowledgeable and engaging professional with lots of experience in real estate, building construction and design. She is an extremely pleasant person and an excellent communicator. In the end, we decided not to move and Linsey was totally understanding of our decision and did not make us feel like she had "wasted her time". I would highly recommend her.

I'm convinced that the way she marketed the house was the reason that it sold for above asking price in a week.
