I have spoken to dozens of techs, sales people, and customer service reps.........and my time speaking with Luis was unlike any other.
Luis explained all the parts of what is being done, and what needs to be done to make my website unique. Patience, and sincere concern that I understood everything, was what Luis made painless.
If Luis was a tow truck operator looking for a job, I would hire him on the spot. Excellent customer attention. You can feel that he really cares about helping me. I have given him 5 stars for everything he did for me this morning.
You have a employee that takes pride in what he does, and makes your company look great. Take care of him, he is a rare asset in todays world. I feel great about my decision to retain your services.
