★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cambridge office is super fast and amazing - shipments cleared in less than half hour. London office, likes to take their time despite being told that driver is stuck at border, even after the "three hours" a broker requires I am being told they have to set up "planned shipments" before they can do this one. I guess driver's time is just collateral damage. Normally very happy when Link is the broker, but if its the London office, may as well just go with livingston.
5 stars is for the cambridge office.
