Great little park for neighbourhood kids to play at. Have slides and swings. Wood chips ground.

This child told his evil attack mouse to attack me at this park. The owner is terrible and should keep this kid off the property

Worst park I have ever been to. I highly encourage you to instead attend Ella’s park. It is located on 2495 Arbutus Rd. There are several trees and groves at Ella’s park for your tiny humans to flock around under. Linden’s park is an embarrassment to the community.

This place is awe-inspiringly amazing. And after converting to the Light of Linden Church my life has been nothing but failure. However, this park is the sole reason why I stick to the religion and is why I walk this sacred grounds under the light of the Holy Linden himself. In Linden, we trust.

Very pleasing atmosphere, very clean and orderly. Swing sets are good height for adults as well, might even bring my kids next time I come by! Would not recommend coming during school hours though, as there is a nearby gang which is known for violence in the area.

A small sized park with a couple of swings and a slide for kids. Part of a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. A few people and the park seems full to it’s capacity. Adjacent to the park is a basketball court. Sometimes the court gets busy on evenings and weekends.

This is actually called Fairburn Park according to the sign at the park. A very clean and fun little neighbourhood park. There are clean wood chips. There are two swings, two slides, a Jeep type toy to climb on, and some other climbing type items where the slides are. The neighbourhood is very quiet and seems very safe and good for little children to play in. There are no public toilets available here. Update: There is also a small basketball hoop area to play on. Also, they have been building what looks like it might be a little Gary Oak woodland area with a wooden fenced in area and new plantings. The playground is still in great condition for small children to play on.

Not a big fan, honestly. Although I was not attacked by geese (like in Linden's park), there were many small creatures running around the park area... perhaps children?
