I had several technicians out that were professional and courteous trying to figure out why it was happening . I was able to get timely appointments and they were on time every single visit. The staff at the Whitby office were amazing every time I called. Long story short it was my Nest thermostat that was the problem. Mike from operations whom I spoke to arranged to have a technician come out and install a new thermostat at no charge which I wasn’t expecting but was thrilled . Mike you are amazing and I am one happy customer and will be calling you in the spring for my new air conditioner. Why go with Limcan??? because as a customer you will be taken care of from beginning to end and to me that is what is MOST important. Thank you everyone so much I couldn’t be happier!!

They took care to protect our home from damage. They worked hard on the job and did the installation efficiently, punctually, carefully and thoroughly paying attention to every detail. They cleaned up nicely afterwards and took the time to explain everything they had done. They answered all questions we had. We highly recommend Cory and Cam!

He was very knowledgeable, professional and wonderful to deal with and diagnosed the issue as the thermostat quickly and replaced it. He checked to ensure no other issues with the furnace. It was a cool Feb day and I so appreciated his very timely service. He is an asset to your team. Thanks Dana.

They were professional, friendly and welcoming upon arrival. They explained what they were going to do and asked if I had any questions. Throughout the process they worked efficiently and welcomed any questions we might have. After the installation, they gave a thorough walk through of everything. I appreciated the attention to all the little details they did to ensure that we have the best possible set-up for our house and our needs. They even made sure everything was nice and tidy after the installation. I would gladly recommend them and Limcan to anyone. I already had my air conditioner done with them and now my furnace. They were very professional, courteous, cheerful and happy to answer all of my many questions. They both worked diligently all day until the job was completed. From the first call to the install, our contact and salesman, Isaiah, assisted us through the process. He was quick to respond and arrange for a quick installation. I highly recommend these three young men, Isaiah, Corey and Cam!

From the service call to dealing with sales and installation everyone was quick, knowledgeable and professional. We went from a service call to installation being started in less than 24 hours! Cory and Mike S installed our furnace and AC today and I cannot say enough good things about them both. Not only did they work in the tight spaces under our deck and in the small furnace room without complaint, they were also friendly and professional. The time they took to share information about the furnace and ac was great but they also went above and beyond talking to us about duct cleaning and our hot water heater. We will continue to use Limcan for our heating and cooling needs.

They were punctual, professional, and replaced our furnace and thermostat in just a few short hours! They were also respectful of our home by protecting the flooring from the garage to the furnace, wore booties to cover their shoes, and face masks while working.
