★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They delivered to the wrong location for a FUNERAL - completely UNACCEPTABLE! At least that is the story they told us. We did not find out until we walked into the chapel on the day of and it was completely empty around the casket. Our family spoke to them on the phone to discuss details a couple times beforehand and also met in person for the payment. We made it very clear the date, location and time of the funeral. Not sure how the location can be mistaken - we clearly said Forest Lawn in Burnaby and they said they were very familiar with the location. On the day of the funeral, the funeral director helped us call them and they told the funeral director that they did not receive an order under our family's name. Then we called the florist directly and the lady who picked up sounded very panicked and said it will be on the way but they needed at least 30 minutes. They are lucky there was not another funeral scheduled after us so we had the extra time to wait. My family members were sobbing and crying even harder due to this stress. An already horrible day was made even worse. It has almost been 2 days since the funeral and no one from the florist has called to even apologize for the mistake or try to make the situation right. My family didn't even ask for a refund or make the situation hard for them because they are still grieving. I understand that they are a small business run by a family but this is a HUGE mistake that should be addressed.
Edit: It has been 4 days since and still have not received a call to apologize or address the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered flowers for a friend in the hospital. After the delivery was not made and being told I would be refunded, I had to open a case with PayPal. After multiple phone calls and emails Lily’s finally decided to respond after the PayPal case was opened. She then said the call center didn’t have the authority to tell me I would get a refund, was very rude and ultimately I had to hang up on her. She then left me a rude voicemail. Very unprofessional and will never do business with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Lily's Florist for our wedding and the whole process was so smooth! They took the time to chat with us about our flower needs and asked questions.
Since this was our first rodeo, we didn't know where to start but Arthur was very helpful explaining the details and making sure logistics were in order.
He arrived promptly at the venue and he knew exactly where to go.
My bridal bouquet was especially gorgeous and it survived a whole day while also being exposed to the hot sun. The look, colour scheme and arrangement was exactly what I wanted, if not better! It also dried very nicely afterwards as well.
Would highly recommend their services to my family and friends! ?? Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are so nice here, and super attentive to details. I told them I needed a vase and bouquet for a hospital visit and they even took the extra thought to swap out the flower I chose in case of allergies. Seems like a family run business and the prices are reasonable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received the most beautiful arrangement of flowers yesterday for my anniversary. My husband went through this florist, which was such a smart idea. I cried when I received them, they were stunning. I have never received a bouquet more beautiful. I will always choose Lily’s Florist when I am wanting the best floral arrangement.
