★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful heritage building in a gorgeous neighbourhood. It's sad that the building is falling apart and not being maintained by the landlord and property management company. No cleaning or building maintenance, refusal to do essential repairs, and shady financial activity. Anyone considering to rent here should do their research first on MA Cedar Place Properties. Avoid renting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved living at the Lilfred Lodge in the late 80s to early 90s. Great memories of the building and neighborhood. To go back in time.....my rent started at $325/month and when I got married and left 5 years later in 93 it was maybe $400. Those were the days my friends! I thought they'd never end. But sadly, they did. :) Mr. & Mrs. Gordon tended to the flower beds as well as everyone's goings on. They were lovely owners and cared so much for the property. I'm glad it's still in great shape and appreciated. I'd love to live there again one day. Very unlikely because life is too darn short!
