★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy here .. bought house , no conditions . Park didn’t approve us , didn’t check out references , bank , employment .. answer was no ! No reason given or meeting with us .. so sketchy , obviously sellers wanted out and told management to not approve .. disappointing as we sold our house , never considering this would be an issue ... watch out buyers !
