★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working with Mozhdeh, helped me get in touch with a part of me that I had suppressed and ignored for many years. I felt some changes happen during and after the session.
Within a few days I started noticing more awareness around my issues of being numb and a little disconnected in my daily life.
Journaling after the session and continuing it afterwards that helped me layer the new foundation of awareness.
I highly recommend these sessions for people experiencing inability to feel emotions, feeling numb, holding resentment, or experiencing a mental barriers in achieving something in life.
