Light of the Prairies Retreat Centre is a sacred gathering place located near Winnipeg that fosters personal and spiritual growth.
We are located near Winnipeg on a beautiful 13 acre property in the heart of Manitoba’s prairies.
Our centre provides a vibrant and life-giving environment for those seeking to get away, to relax, to unwind, and to reconnect with themselves and with life.
Whether your need be for a personal or group retreat, a workshop, a conference, a business gathering or to celebrate a special occasion the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the centre is the place for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a blessing this place was. I took a personal retreat for 2. Just me and the Lord. A place were it is comfortable to isolate from distactions of the world and just focus on you and God. Places of solitude are so valuable and cherished. The labaryth was amazing the walk trough with the Lord. A wonderful little blue house with eveything you could ever need so you can just focus on you and your relationship. A beautiful sunrise and a pond to rfect and pray beside. I feel all soft and squishy again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful place to unwind. The little Blue House is a welcome treat equipped with everthing you need for a relaxing stay. If you're looking for a quiet place, sounds of nature at your door, this is it. Go on your own mindfulness/spiritual journey through the Labyrinth as you release unwanted negative energy, worry and anxiety. Listen to nature sing as you sit by the pond. Find Spirit in this place. Staff are accomodating and friendly. Will definitely come again!! Thank you Light of the Prairies!!
