★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called your agency this morning, March 24, 21 at 9:59 a.m., only to be talked rudely by your receptionist and then by the assistant. You need to update your staff on etiquette when speaking to clients. Cant wait too get my RRSP out of your agency and into my bank so that I don't have to deal with unprofessionalism.
