β β β β β Stay away from this place. Most of the reviews in here are probably fake or from friends/relatives of staff.
Long story short the first thing that I asked when I walk in this clinic was if I had to pay for any services if I have insurance to which I was told not, that they will direct bill my insurance provider and I wouldnt have to pay for anything. However after my appointment I got suprised by the receptionist saying that my bill is due in full as they tried to bill my insurance and that they will send the payment to me and that I will still have to pay out of pocket as they only cover 80%.
Any other clinic will confirm benefits first and advise you of how much will be due before providing you with any services. I was under the impression that they will be covering the other 20% as I was told i wouldnt hve to pay for anything. Very shady place, would advise everypne to stay away from it

β β β β β One of the best physiotherapy and massage places in town! The have truly great physiotherapists working at this location where they actually spend the time with you and try to help you. Eddie one of the physiotherapists managed to get me playing sports within weeks after my surgery! I have been to many places and this one isn't like those clinics where they just slap a machine on you and then walk away or pass you over to some assistant. They actually do manual therapy here! Which is super rare after going to sooo many clinics.

β β β β β Definitely a great place to go to if you want proper treatment. Staff is friendly and professional. Everyone knows what they are doing. Have some of the best massages in town. Amy and especially Lisa are well worth their weight in gold. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality massage!

β β β β β I had one of the best massage experiences at this clinic! The clinic is clean and quiet but the masseur I had was exceptional! In the 10 years I've been having regular massages I have never had one as good as this! I was completely relaxed and felt like jello leaving. Would definitely go back and recommend!

β β β β β Had a massage with Nancy. She was very friendly and ensured that her pressure was enough for me. She worked out a lot of knots that I had.
Vicky is the physiotherapist there. She is amazing at explaining in detail and is good to listen at your concerns.
Finally front staff are most helpful and were able to do direct billing for me.
I will definitely return!

β β β β β Enjoy coming here always greeted with a smile from Rebecca and Nancy is the best RMT in my opinion. She knows her job very well and always enlightening conversation that makes one very comfortable. The place is very clean and fresh looking and they do take covid precautions which is helpful. β β β β β Very clean clinic and friendly staff. Canβt ask for more! I called a couple times pretty last minute (two days ahead) and they accommodated my requests. The lady at the front desk is really kind and they also do direct billing with manulife and great west life.

β β β β β I was looking for a physiotherapist in my area and came across this place, glad I gave it a try. I had 4 sessions to treat neck and shoulder pain and noticed significant improvement since the second session.
Charley, the physiotherapist who treated me, is attentive, patient, thorough and professional. The front office staff Rebecca is always pleasant and friendly.
As an added bonus this place is very easy to find and has ample free parking.
