The staff are courteous, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Even at the end of a long day, they are welcoming and are genuinely happy to see you. A huge thank you to Joy, Angela, and Michelle for finally giving me hope <3. You ladies are amazing! 5 stars here!

The facility is clean, organized, and efficient. Never had a issue while attending as they were very accommodating with scheduling. They were attentive to my needs and listened to my concerns. I would highly recommend this facility, staff, and program.

I’ve been working with Joy for several weeks - she knows her stuff and pushes you enough to get results but not too much. Your program will be specific to your needs and you will see improvements as long as you follow her instructions (including some at home work). I had my follow-up with my surgeon recently and he was very impressed with my recovery progress > he said “tell your physiotherapist they’ve been doing an amazing job!”. The facility is nice, booking reminders are appreciated, and staff are supportive & friendly. I’m grateful to be working with Joy @ Lifemark King West location (Oshawa).

Nick was always professional, knowledgeable and very encouraging especially when the pain was intolerable. His treatment and exercise suggestions helped me work through the pain and increased my shoulder mobility. A big thank you also to everyone at Lifemark who made me feel welcome, especially Kayla and Amber Lee. Your smiles and greetings helped me to forge on and get better. Thank you for all the appointments you booked for me and for always making me feel welcomed. Another big thank you to Angela. Your massages are magic and I'll continue coming back for more. All-in-all, Lifemark Oshawa is a great place to get treatment for your injuries and aches and pains. They are a special group of people.
